Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from CS Marketplace LLC, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Conditions for Return

We accept returns on men’s apparel that has been tried on for fit purposes only, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item may be opened and tried on briefly for sizing and fit only.
  • The item must be returned in original, new condition, free from signs of wear.
  • All original tags must be attached, intact, and unaltered.
  • The item must not be worn beyond fit testing, washed, altered, damaged, or repaired.
  • The item must be free of odors (including deodorant, cologne, or smoke), stains, pet hair, or other marks.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

    • The item has been worn beyond trying on, washed, or altered in any way.
    • The item shows signs of use, damage, stretching, or fading.
    • Original tags are missing, detached, or damaged.
    • The item is returned in an incomplete or unsellable condition.

Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Before sending back your item, you must contact our customer support team to receive an RMA number. This number is essential for tracking and processing your return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return. Clearly write the RMA number you received on the outside of the shipping package. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or experience significant processing delays.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send the package to our fulfillment center at the address below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to process the return. Once processed, there is typically a 48-hour bank shadowing period before the refund is fully released. After that, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, as processing times may vary between financial institutions.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow the standard return process once you receive the item.
